About the Company:

Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specializing in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

The Role:
The Participant is a female in her mid-70's with an acquired brain injury who requires support. This role is on a casual on-going basis.

Shift times:

Mon-Wed 10.30am - 1.30pm


Rates

• Day - $38.75 per hour
• Travel - $0.99 when travelling to appt with participants

Duties

• Personal Care - showering, dressing, hygiene, etc
• Domestic Assistance
• Prompting Medications
• Transport and accompanying for community access + health and rehab
• Capacity building and companionship

Skills and experiences

• Australian Driver License
• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged care
• Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
• Current Blue Card
• Current Yellow Card
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
• Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
