The Role: Unidex Healthcare is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to support a female participant in Mt Isa.

This is a casual ongoing role, with commencement to be confirmed.

Shift times 7:30 am - 10 am and 12:30 pm - 8 pm daily

Duties

• Assistance with personal care
• Assistance with domestic tasks
• Manual handling, such as transfers
• Assisting with medication in line with training and competency requirements
• Assisting with community access
• Family assistance

Skills and Experience

• Australian Driver License
• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care
• Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
• Current Blue Card
• Current Yellow Card
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
• Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
