Storeperson / Customer Service Officer
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Storeperson / Customer Service Officer to join a well-established electrical componentry and lighting specialist in Malaga, WA. This hybrid role combines warehouse duties, customer-facing sales support, and general office administration.
What's On Offer:
- $34.33 per hour + overtime available
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (includes 2 hours overtime)
- Varied role with both customer interaction and warehouse responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Logistics
- Picking, packing, and dispatching electrical and lighting products
- Receiving deliveries and conducting stock control
- Operating a forklift (LF licence required)
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Assisting walk-in customers and providing product advice
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Preparing and processing customer orders and quotes
- Supporting the internal sales and operations team
Back-Office Administration
- Data entry, invoicing, and order processing
- Maintaining customer records and internal systems
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
About You:
- Experience in warehouse, customer service, or sales support roles
- Forklift licence (LF) - 1 year of previous experience in warehousing or similar essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable balancing hands-on warehouse tasks with admin duties
- Ability to multitask and work well within a small team
- Electrical or lighting product knowledge advantageous
