FHR currently have multiple opportunities for a Forklift Operator to join our client in Eagle Farm who specialises in the garage door industry. This opportunity has immediate starts available for the candidates who're successful in their application for these positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other designated equipment to efficiently load, unload, and transport materials within the facility, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods
- Strictly follow safety guidelines and protocols, including proper equipment maintenance, load securement, and awareness of the surrounding environment, to promote a secure workplace and prevent accidents
- Contribute to the accuracy of inventory records by meticulously tracking the movement of goods, conducting regular stock checks, and reporting discrepancies to maintain an organized and well-managed inventory system
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and managers to coordinate loading and unloading schedules, ensuring seamless communication to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
Skills & Experience
- Valid Forklift license and experience are essential for the Forklift Operator Role
- Container loading and unloading experience desirable
- Experience handling building materials, glass, metal or steel
- Experience picking orders whilst using pick sheets/pick slips
