FHR currently have multiple opportunities for an experienced Forklift Operator/Storeman to join our client that specialises in building product industry. This opportunity is located in Ingleburn (Sydney) and we have immediate starts available for the candidates who're successful in their application for these positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate both counterbalance and high reach forklifts safely and efficiently to move, store, and replenish stock throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately, ensuring products are correctly labelled and ready for dispatch within required timeframes.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks using forklifts while checking deliveries for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies or damaged stock.
- Perform stock putaways, replenishment, and inventory movements while maintaining accurate warehouse records and following procedures where required.
- Assist with dispatch operations by staging orders, securing loads, completing relevant documentation, and ensuring deliveries leave on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment by adhering to workplace health and safety procedures, conducting routine equipment checks, and supporting general warehouse operations as required.
Skills & Experience
- Valid LF forklift licence with proven experience operating both counterbalance and high reach forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Demonstrated experience in picking, packing, dispatch, and accurately preparing customer orders.
- Strong ability to safely load and unload trucks while handling a variety of palletised and bulk goods.
- Good understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory control, RF scanning, and safe material handling practices.
- Reliable, safety-focused team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet daily productivity targets.
