Join a high-performing, growth-focused GTO making a real impact across the apprenticeship landscape. We partner with leading contractors on major projects and are looking for a Field Officer who can support our apprentices and strengthen relationships with host employers.
This is a true hybrid role-split between office and site-where no two days look the same.
About the role
You'll work closely with apprentices and host employers to ensure smooth placements, strong performance, and compliant outcomes. From site visits and welfare checks to admin coordination and problem-solving, you'll be a key link between all parties.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting apprentices on and off site throughout their employment
- Building strong relationships with host employers
- Conducting site visits, safety checks, and performance reviews
- Assisting with placements, commencements, and general coordination
- Working closely with the Branch Manager on day-to-day operations
What we're looking for
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities across office and field work
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience in a GTO environment is highly regarded
- Trades background or experience with an Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP) will be highly considered
