Pay Rate: $34.71 per hour (Casual)

Frontline Human Resources (FHR) is a leading Australian-owned recruitment and labour hire agency with over 20 years of industry experience. We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Kitchen Hands, Housekeeping Cleaners, and Laundry Attendants to join our casual workforce, supporting a number of aged care facilities throughout St Kilda.

These are casual, on-call and ad hoc positions, making them ideal for candidates seeking flexible work. Successful applicants must be available to work at short notice and be flexible across weekdays and weekends as required.

Available Positions

• Kitchen Hands
• Housekeeping / Cleaners
• Laundry Attendants

Duties May Include:

Kitchen Hands

• Assisting with food preparation
• Dishwashing and maintaining a clean kitchen
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards

Housekeeping / Cleaners

• Cleaning resident rooms and communal areas
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising
• Following infection control procedures

Laundry Attendants

• Washing, drying, folding, and sorting resident laundry and linen
• Maintaining a clean and organised laundry area
• Handling residents' personal items with care

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, kitchen, hospitality, laundry, or aged care (preferred but not essential)
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work at short notice
• Reliable transport
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Working with Children Check (desirable)
