Frontline HR is currently seeking reliable Labourers to join a well-established manufacturing and warehouse operation.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is physically fit, reliable and takes pride in working safely and as part of a team.

About the Role

Your duties will include:

• Assisting with the manufacture of steel shutters, including slat application and fitting end clips
• Packaging finished products ready for installation or supply
• Loading and unloading trucks safely
• Ensuring goods are correctly secured for transport
• Assisting with general warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
• Handling products carefully to prevent damage
• Following all WHS policies and procedures
• Working collaboratively with the wider team
• Performing other reasonable duties as required

The role requires a strong focus on customer service, quality, productivity and safety.

About You

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Previous labouring, warehouse or manufacturing experience highly regarded
• A current Driver's Licence
• Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual handling
• Strong attention to detail
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A commitment to workplace health and safety
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
