Our client is a manufacturer of high-quality lifting and rigging components. There products are used in mining and infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand.

Frontline Human Resource agency is currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Administrator, this role is in Coburg North and will be working 3 days a week.

  What's on offer?   

  • $43.00 ph.
  • Working 3 days a week (client is flexible on working days along with start and finish times)
  • On site car parking

  • Opportunity to transition perm with client

Your daily duties will consist of:  

  • Bookkeeping tasks
  • Processing invoicing and payments
  • Recording financial transactions
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Administration tasks
  • Office management
  • Documents management
  • Supporting staff
  • Other ad hoc duties as required 

  To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following:  

  • Must have previous experience working as an Administrator - Bookkeeper
  • Experience with Acumatica, MYOB Advanced, pronto or SAP systems desirable
  • You must have a 'Can do attitude 
  • Customer service skills
  • Reliable 
  • X2 references must be provided to confirm work history and experience
