Frontline Human Resources (FHR) is currently seeking a hands-on Packing Team Leader to join a fast-paced production and dispatch operation based in Murarrie.
This is not just a packing role - this is a leadership position within a high-volume environment where accuracy, organisation and team performance matter.

Our client operates a centralised production and dispatch hub supporting national operations. With a strong reputation for quality and service delivery, their success comes down to operational precision and team accountability.
They are now looking for a Packing Team Leader to help drive performance, accuracy and workflow efficiency across the packing and dry lab functions.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position based in Murarrie.
You will take ownership of day-to-day packing and dispatch operations while leading a small team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently and on time.
You will be responsible for maintaining workflow standards, monitoring KPIs and ensuring quality control across all outbound orders.
Lead and support the packing team to meet daily production targets
Pack and dispatch customer orders with a high level of accuracy
Cross-check packing lists and system data to prevent errors
Enter and manage order information within internal systems
Maintain shipping records and tracking updates
Liaise with couriers to coordinate timely deliveries
Identify discrepancies and resolve issues before dispatch
Support process improvements to streamline workflow
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
Previous experience in dispatch, warehousing, packing or production leadership
Strong attention to detail - accuracy is critical
Comfortable using computer systems and data entry platforms
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
Strong communication skills and team mindset
Stable, full-time Monday to Friday role
