About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Provide essential payroll services across all our brands.
- Gain valuable experience working with multiple Payroll Systems, including FastTrack 360 and Lumary.
- Develop valuable skills as you collaborate a team of experts.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.
- Flexible location between our Blackburn or Tullamarine office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll for multiple brands within Unidex Consulting.
- Managing and maintaining payroll systems and records.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.

About You:
- Proven experience in a payroll position.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, compliance requirements, Award and EBA.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Payroll Systems such as FastTrack 360 and Lumary is a plus.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
