Pick Packer / Order Picker

The Role

FHR currently have multiple opportunities for an experienced Pick Packer / Order Picker to join our client that specialises in the Windows & Doors industry. This opportunity is located in Girraween and we have immediate starts available for the candidates who're successful in their application for these positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare window and door components based on daily production orders, ensuring correct quantities and product specifications.
  • Perform frequent lifting, carrying, and movement of heavy or oversized window and door frames, requiring a high level of physical fitness and adherence to safe manual-handling techniques.
  • Inspect products for damage, defects, or inconsistencies before packing to ensure all items meet Trend's quality standards.
  • Assist with stock organisation, replenishment, and maintaining a clean, orderly warehouse environment to support efficient workflow.
  • Follow all WHS procedures, operate basic warehouse equipment (trolleys, pallet jacks, etc.), and report hazards or incidents to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience as a pick packer / order picker highly preferred
  • Experience working with windows, glass or doors
  • Physically fit or experience working in a physically demanding role
