Planner / Scheduler

Frontline is currently seeking a Planner / Scheduler for the daily transport and delivery.

What's on Offer:

• Dandenong Location
• Casual ongoing work
• Working Monday to Friday - 5am start finish 1.00pm
• Immediate start
• Training provided
• Parking onsite
• Pay rate $36-40 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Planning driver runs
• Assigning credit returns to appropriate vehicles
• Operate a Forklift when required
• Print all delivery dockets for the next day
• Speak to drivers who have access to site problems
• Review runs when completed

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in a service scheduler position or a similar role
• Must hold a Forklift licence and have experiance
• Proven experience in scheduling, dispatching, or administrative coordination within a trades, service, or construction environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple phone calls, emails, and client interactions professionally.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
