About the role
Our client, is seeking a reliable and motivated Process / Mill Worker to join their Cobden team on a casual basis. Reporting to the Mill Team Leader, you'll play a key role in daily production, packaging, and inventory operations.

This role is ideal for someone physically fit, safety-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and assist with bulk bag packing and distribution

  • Monitor product quality and output

  • Maintain stock levels, complete stocktakes and report variances

  • Support general warehouse duties and uphold GMP standards

  • Step into other operational roles as needed, including shift coverage

  • Actively contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 12 months' experience in manufacturing, logistics or warehousing

  • Forklift licence preferred

  • Comfortable with physical work and machinery operation

  • Basic computer skills; experience with SAP or inventory systems a bonus

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Flexible to backfill afternoon or night shifts when required (loading paid)
