About the Role
Our client is a well-regarded manufacturer seeking a reliable and motivated Process / Mill Worker to join their Tongala team on a casual basis. Reporting to the Mill Team Leader, you'll be involved in daily production, packaging, warehousing, and inventory control.

This is a day shift role, but flexibility to cover other shifts when required is essential. It's perfect for someone physically fit, safety-focused, and experienced in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and assist with packing bulk bags and product distribution

  • Monitor production output and quality

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and perform stocktakes

  • Support general warehouse operations and uphold GMP standards

  • Fill in across various operational roles as needed

  • Participate in safety and continuous improvement activities

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in manufacturing, warehousing or logistics

  • Physically fit and confident using machinery

  • Basic computer skills (experience with SAP or inventory systems a plus)

  • Valid forklift licence

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

  • Availability for day shift and flexibility for other shifts if required

  • Ability to commit to 3 to 6 months of ongoing work

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol testing

  • Willingness to complete online assessments and site inductions

  • Current forklift licence.
