The Role
FHR currently have multiple opportunities for an experienced Production Operator / Process worker with a Forklift License to join our client that specialises in building product industry. This opportunity is located in Ingleburn (Sydney) and we have immediate starts available for the candidates who're successful in their application for these positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely to manufacture products in line with quality and production targets.
- Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, moving, stacking, and preparing products for dispatch while following safe work practices.
- Wrap, package, and label finished products to ensure they are secure and ready for storage or transport.
- Operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, transport, and store raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
- Conduct routine quality inspections, identify defects, and report any production or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment by following housekeeping standards and adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or process work environment.
- Current LF Forklift Licence with proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift safely.
- Ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks, including lifting, wrapping, and stacking products.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety, with the ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
- Reliable work ethic with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and meet production targets.
