Receptionist

FHR alongside our client who is a leading door manufacturing company in Regency Park, is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Assisting and serving customers in our showroom
  • Data entry and maintaining records
  • Collaborating with production, warehouse, and despatch teams
  • Order scheduling and coordination

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
