We're seeking a motivated and self-sufficient Sales & Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow a key Sydney portfolio for a fast-paced national business in the school photography industry.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in front of clients, builds strong long-term relationships, and takes initiative to drive growth without waiting for leads to come in.

About Our Client


Our client is a well-established leader in school photography production, providing end-to-end services including printing, data management, production, packing, dispatch, and digital editing.

They operate as the backbone for school photography teams across Australia supporting both sales and operations from a centralised, high-volume digital production hub. Their focus is on quality, efficiency, and delivering seamless service nationwide.

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a portfolio of new and existing clients across Sydney
* Presenting to clients face-to-face and building trusted long-term relationships
* Using your CRM experience to track activities, leads, and opportunities
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service
* Driving growth, repeat business, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a field sales, account management, or client-facing role
* A confident presenter with strong commercial acumen
* Excellent time management and the ability to run your own territory
* Strong CRM usage - someone who's structured and data-savvy
* A proactive approach - you won't be micromanaged, and we don't expect to hand-hold
* Must hold a valid driver's licence
* Must have a current Working With Children Check
* Must have a current National Police Check
* Experience in the education sector is highly regarded
