Site Boilermakers and Labourer

FHR are looking to secure a number of Boilermakers and 2nd class welder/labourers or even 3rd & 4th year apprentices for site work around Brisbane, Central and north QLD so ability to travel away is a must for 2 weeks at a time. Starting 1st week of May.

• Trade Qualified $55/hr plus overtime
• Labourer/Trade Assistant neg up to $40/hr plus over time
• Apprentices as per award plus LAHA of $75/day

What you need:

• Must have Car and licence (ideally manual) or ability to get to site/workshops by 6am
• Ability to travel away for 2-3 weeks at a time and travel between Sunshine coast and west Brisbane when local
• Boilermaker trades person must have a min Cert III Heavy Fabrication qualification
• Labourers must have white card,engineering experience
• Police check or ability to get ASAP
• Experience in either site installs (trade assistants with relevant experience are encouraged to apply)
• Be reliable and punctual
• Ability to work to OH&S regulations
• Take direction from supervisors and work as part of a team
• Full working rights only need apply
• Be fit and able to pass drug/alcohol testing
