About the Role

This is a hands-on coordination role sitting at the centre of operations, managing service scheduling, warranty claims, and defect resolution.

You'll be the key link between customers, service technicians, and internal teams, ensuring jobs are delivered on time, revisits are handled efficiently, and customers are kept informed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily service and warranty schedules
• Handle incoming enquiries relating to warranty claims, defects, and service bookings
• Manage and track revisits, defect rectification, and follow-up works
• Raise and assign service/warranty tickets and ensure timely resolution
• Liaise with technicians and internal teams to keep jobs moving
• Escalate complex service or warranty issues where required
• Ensure all service and warranty documentation is completed accurately
• Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the process

About You

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or warranty/aftersales support
• Background in building, construction, trades, or manufacturing environments
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to manage high volumes and competing priorities
• Confident communicator with a customer-first, solution-focused mindset
