What's on Offer

  • Excellent pay: $47+ p/h (Trade Assistants) and $53+ p/h (Qualified Trades)

  • Day shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm

The Roles

Vehicle Assemblers, Automotive Assemblers, Automotive Trade Assistants

  • Assemble bus and coach body components
    Fit, install, and secure structural, interior, and exterior components according to Volgren build specifications and engineering drawings.

  • Perform mechanical, electrical, and trim installation tasks
    Assist in the installation of mechanical systems, wiring looms, lighting, seating, flooring, and other key assemblies under supervision or direction.

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
    Follow build plans, diagrams, and standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with production requirements.

  • Conduct quality checks throughout the build process
    Inspect completed assemblies, identify defects, ensure workmanship meets Volgren's quality standards, and report any non-conformances.

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely
    Use tools such as drills, rivet guns, grinders, and lifting equipment in line with safety procedures and workplace policies.

  • Support workflow and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
    Work alongside fabricators, electricians, fitters, and production leaders to meet production targets and maintain efficient build timelines.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience in one of the above roles

  • Background in automotive, heavy vehicles, or manufacturing

  • Confident with hand and power tools

  • Physically fit, reliable, and safety conscious

  • Trade qualification required for Auto Electricians
