Frontline Human Resources (FHR) is partnering with our client to recruit a motivated and hands-on Window Service Technician / Glass Installer to join their Service Division based in Hume, ACT.
This is a field-based role ideal for someone with practical glazing or glass handling experience who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering high-quality service to customers.

You'll travel to customer sites across the region carrying out:
- Glass installations and replacements
- Window and door servicing
- Warranty repairs and rectifications
- Change-outs and onsite adjustments
- Flyscreen and barrier door installations
This role involves both independent field work and collaboration with a supportive service team.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out onsite servicing and repairs to windows, doors, and glazing systems
- Install and replace glass panels to company standards
- Complete warranty and rectification work
- Install flyscreens and barrier doors
- Deliver professional customer service onsite
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues safely and efficiently
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle
- Follow WHS procedures and compliance requirements
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and technicians
Essential Requirements
- Previous hands-on glass experience (qualified glazier not essential)
- White Card
- Asbestos Awareness Card
- Silica Awareness Card
- Current manual driver's licence
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Ability to pass police check and drug & alcohol testing
- Full Australian working rights
