Celebrating Excellence: Apprentices and Employers Honoured at the 2025 FHR Apprentice Awards & Graduation
Frontline Human Resources (FHR) proudly celebrated the 2025 Apprentice Awards & Graduation at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground on Friday, 3 October 2025.
The event brought together around 150 apprentices, host employers, training partners, sponsors and guests to recognise the outstanding achievements of apprentices across the country and to celebrate this year’s graduating cohort.
From first-year apprentices taking their first steps in industry, through to those completing their journey and stepping into life as a qualified tradesperson, the evening was a powerful reminder of the resilience, skill, and innovation driving Australia’s trades sector.
Highlights of the Night
The ceremony featured keynote remarks from Keanu Vada, our 2024 Apprentice of the Year – who inspired the audience with insights on leadership, perseverance, and discipline. Later in the evening, a panel discussion featuring Paddy Courtney (National Manager, Apprentices & Trade Division) and leadership expert Cameron Schwab provided engaging perspectives on dealing with imposter syndrome, resilience, and making the most of the opportunities given to us.
Door prizes, entertainment, and a DJ set capped off the evening, ensuring the celebration was both memorable and inspiring.
