Frontline HR are seeking a GTO Administration Support Officer to join our apprenticeship division. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a successful and supportive team dedicated to delivering outstanding service to apprentices, host employers, and industry partners.
About the Role
As a GTO Administration Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of our Group training and apprenticeship division. Working closely with our business consultant and administration and compliance manager you'll help ensure the team receive exceptional support in their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality administrative support across GTO operations.
Maintain accurate reporting and compliance records.
Manage incoming enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Pre-screening potential applicants
Manage team calendars and availability
Coordinate onboarding and induction documentation.
Liaise professionally with field team and internal stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and administrative processes.
About You
You are a highly organised professional with excellent attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude. You enjoy working collaboratively while also taking ownership of your responsibilities.
You'll ideally bring:
Previous experience in an administration or business support role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and business management systems.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
A natural people person who thrives in supporting others.
Experience within a Group Training Organisation (GTO), apprenticeships, traineeships, employment services, vocational education, or a related industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
