Celebrating 20 Years of FHR
Frontline Human Resources was founded in 2001 by a small group including Perry Zoelfel and Steve Bisshopp. From a background in industrial relations and human resources, they set out to solve problems for blue collar and industrial clients. The founders came together with $5000 each to start the business, and launched the operation from a small shopfront in Melbourne’s suburbs.

Frontline Human Resources (FHR) is proud to announce a partnership with Yurringa – an Indigenous-led, and owned, employment enterprise in Shepparton, Victoria.
This partnership provides Yurringa with back-of-house, scalable capacity, to offer labour hire and employment services to the communities they serve. The partnership seeks to create sustainable, prosperous, and balanced communities amongst those who experience disadvantage.
Through this collaboration, Yurringa can act on its objectives of improving economic parity between Indigenous and Non-Indigenous communities, to achieve a more sustainable future for Indigenous people. The relationship is formally reflected in the words “Yurringa, powered by FHR”.

FHR has long been a leader in the Australian industrial relations, human resources, and recruitment markets. As the company approaches its 20-year anniversary, the branding has been formally updated for the first time. The new style was chosen to reflect the strength and reliability of the brand’s legacy, and the vibrancy of those it now connects with.
