The Role

FHR currently have multiple opportunities for an Assembler to join our client that specialises in the garage door industry. This opportunity is located in Eagle Farm and we have immediate starts available for the candidates who're successful in their application for these positions.

• This role offers work between Monday to Friday - AM Shift 6am to 2:30pm - PM Shift: 2:30pm to 11pm

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble Garage Doors - Construct and assemble door panels, tracks, springs, and other components according to specifications.
• Quality Inspection - Check finished products for defects, alignment, and functionality to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Operate Tools & Equipment - Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently during assembly.
• Follow Safety Procedures - Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Material Handling & Packaging - Move, organize, and package assembled products for storage or shipment.
• Perform general factory duties and assist in maintaining a clean workspace.

Skills & Experience

• Experience as a factory hand, machine operator, assembler or general hand
• Experience working in garage door industry
• Physically fit or experience working in a physically demanding role
