Clinical Coordinator - Registered Nurse

The Role:
We are currently looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Unidex Healthcare in our Northern NSW region. The role is a fulltime positon, with flexible work from home conditions, with visits to participants homes and hospital as required.


Unidex Healthcare offer support services in the community to a range of participants who require both high and low care, and who are provided with complex clinical care including palliative care, tracheostomy and ventilation, bowel care, catheter care, stoma care, PEG care, and more. The Clinical Coordinator would be in charge of overseeing all clinical aspects of care for Northern NSW community-based participants, ensuring participant needs are met and are promoting a quality of life in line with the Disability standards.

Depending on experience we are looking at remuneration between $85-90k. This role would ideally suit a Registered Nurse that is looking for a career change, or for a Clinical Coordinator looking for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing clinical oversight of participants and service delivery
  • Assistance with updating and managing clinical forms and procedures
  • Development and maintenance of care plans
  • Oversight of the teams of support workers, including training
  • Carrying out clinical risk assessments
  • Liaising with stakeholders and other providers

Skills & Experiences:

  • Bachelor of Nursing
  • APHRA Registration
  • At least 3 years experience in the clinical field
