The Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a 62-year-old participant based in Tugun, QLD, who has sustained a traumatic brain injury following a motor vehicle accident. This injury presents a risk of falls, and we are looking for someone to provide ongoing support.

This role is available for an immediate start on a casual, ongoing basis. The participant requires support every Wednesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM (9 hours per day).

Pay Rates:
* Day shift: $45.00 per hour
* Saturday shift: $63.00 per hour
* Sunday shift: $81.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
* Prompt and supervise morning and evening medication
* Assist with grocery shopping
* Support with meal preparation
* Attend rehabilitation appointments and provide informational support
* Perform wellbeing checks
* Assist with community mobility and recreational activities
* Provide cleaning assistance in the bedroom and shared areas, as needed

Skills & Experience Required:
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Certificate III in Individual Support
* Current National Police Clearance
* Current Blue Card
* Current Yellow Card
* Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
* Immunisation History Statement (including evidence of COVID vaccinations)
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed
* Infection Control Training (COVID-19)
* Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
