Disability Support Worker
Start Date: ASAP | Fixed / Ongoing Assignment | $40.00 - $72.00 per Hour

The Role: We are seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to assist a male participant in Labrador, QLD 4215, who sustained a traumatic brain and spinal cord injury. The position is available immediately with assistance required 24/7.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Bowel management
- Catheter management
- Medication management
- Skin integrity management
- Manual handling - transfer, reposition + hoist
- Community access + health and rehab appointment
Compensation:
- Day Shift: $40.00 per hour
- Afternoon shift: $44.00 per hour
- Saturday shift: $56.00 per hour
- Sunday shift: $72.00 per hour
- Travel Allowance: $0.99 per km (for medical-related travel)

Skills & Experience Required:
- Valid Australian Driver's License
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Current Police Clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Current Blue Card
- Current NDIS Worker Screening
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Completion of NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
- Third Party Compulsory Insurance
- Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
