Disability Support Worker

Start Date: ASAP | Fixed / Ongoing Assignment | $38.75 - $69.75 per Hour

The Role: We are seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to assist a male participant in Holland Park, QLD 4121, who sustained a traumatic brain injury.

The position is available immediately with assistance required in the daytime (8:00 AM - 11:00 AM) Monday through to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Domestic assistance
• Medication management
• Community access + health and rehab appointment

Compensation:

• Day Shift: $38.75 per hour
• Saturday shift: $54.25 per hour
• Sunday shift: $69.75 per hour
• Travel Allowance: $0.99 per km (for medical-related travel)

Skills & Experience Required:

• Valid Australian Driver's License
• Certificate III in Individual Support
• Current Police Clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification
• Current Blue Card
• Current NDIS Worker Screening
• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Completion of NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
• Third Party Compulsory Insurance
• Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
