The Role:

Unidex healthcare are seeking a support worker to assist our male participant based in Maryborough, QLD.

Our participant has sustained a spinal cord injury and requires daily support plus sleepovers 7 days per week.

Shifts:

Monday - Sunday

10 am - 4 pm

4 pm - 10 pm plus sleepover (10 pm - 6 am)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistance with personal care
• Assistance with domestic tasks
• Completing skin checks
• Bladder management
• Hoisting
• Wound care
• Behavioural management

Skills & Experiences:

• Australian Driver Licence
• Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivelant
• Current National Police Clearance
• Current Blue Card
• Current Yellow Card
• Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Medication administration certificate
• Reliable, proactive and positive attitude

Rates

Day:$42.50 per hour

Afternoon:$46.75 per hour

Saturday:$59.50 per hour

Sunday:$76.50 per hour

Sleepover:$155.20
