Disability Support Worker- Inverell

The Role:

We are currently looking for a team of experienced Disability Support Workers to partner with our Male Participant who is a double amputee and based in Inverell, NSW.

This role will be on a casual on an on-going basis with day shifts available.

Current Roster:

Monday- Sunday Availability

AM Shifts:

09:30AM- 11:30AM (2:1 Assist)

PM Shifts:

20:30PM-22:30PM (2:1 Assist)

Pay Rates:

• Day - $38.75 per hour
• Afternoon - $42.63 per hour
• Saturday - $54.25 per hour
• Sunday - $69.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistance with Domestic Tasks
• Community Access
• Assistance with Health & Rehab exercises
• Manual Handling (Hoist)
• Assistance with Personal Care
• Managing Skin Integrity

Skills & Experiences:

• Reliable, Proactive and Positive Attitude
• NDIS Effective Communication Module
• Current National Police Clearance (Within 12 months of issue)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Current NDIS Screening check
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Australian Driver License
• Current Working with Children Check
