Disability Support Worker- Tamworth

Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

The Role:

Our participant female who lives in Tamworth NSW, has a Brain Injury and is an Amputee. She requires assistance and guidance to complete ongoing daily living tasks.

This role is a casual role, with set ongoing shifts available.

A quick meet and greet with our participant will be required prior to commencement.

Shifts Available:

• Monday- Friday 0800-15:30pm
• Sunday- Times Currently Pending

**These shift times are subject to change and will be discussed within your interview if they have been changed**

Pay Rates:

• Day Shift - $38.75 p/h
• Afternoon Shift - $42.63 p/h
• Saturday Shift - $54.25 p/h
• Sunday Shift - $69.75 p/h

Key Responsibilities:

• Domestic Assistance
• Meal Preparation
• Assisting with dropping off and picking up children
• Management of Behaviours
• Promoting Mental and Emotional Wellbeing Support
• Prompting Daily Living Tasks

Skills & Experiences:

• Experience in Management of Behaviours (Preferred but not essential)
• Experience in Promoting Mental and Emotional Wellbeing Support (Preferred but not essential)
• Full Australian Driver License & Insured Motor Vehicle
• Current National Police Clearance (within 12 months of issue)
• Current Working with Children's Check
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
