About Our Client

Founded in 1985, our client is a trusted name in electrical services across Regional Victoria, NSW and Melbourne. Known for their exceptional workmanship and customer service, they specialise in keeping their clients' operations running efficiently and smoothly. They are now seeking a skilled Electrical Fitter /Armature Winder to join their experienced and supportive team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnosing and repairing faults in electric motors and generators

• Rewinding armatures and field windings

• Carrying out inspections and routine maintenance on electrical equipment

• Testing and commissioning repaired motors and generators

• Providing technical support and guidance to production teams

• Maintaining accurate records and job documentation

• Following all site safety procedures and protocols

What You'll Need

• Relevant trade qualification as an Electrical Fitter / Armature Winder

• Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in a similar role

• Strong technical ability in motor/generator repair and rewinding

• Confident in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Able to work both independently and within a team

• Sound communication skills and a professional approach

• A strong commitment to safety in the workplace

• Valid driver's licence

• Full Australian working rights
