Known for delivering exceptional workmanship and dependable customer service, they specialise in ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency for their clients. They are now seeking a Qualified Electrical Trade Technician - Automation to join their skilled and supportive team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic, well-established company. Based in Shepparton , Victoria, you'll play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and a chance to build a long-term career in the Electric Motor industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems, motors, and machinery
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving electrical faults
• Installing, upgrading, and modifying electrical systems as required
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of completed work
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical and safety standards
• Working collaboratively with the wider maintenance and production teams to optimise performance and minimise downtime

What We're Looking For

• Fully qualified electrician with a current licence
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong technical knowledge of motors, control systems, and industrial machinery
• Confident using electrical diagnostic and testing equipment
• Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on safety
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
