Factory Hand

Frontline HR on behalf of our National client who is a leader in Door and Window Assembly are looking for Window and Door assemblers for Day shift roles at their Regency Park site.

Ongoing casual work for successful candidate's hours are Monday - Thursday: 6am- 2.40pm, Friday 6am - 12.10pm

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly of Aluminum Doors and Windows
• Handling Glass
• Use of hand and battery-operated tools
• Be a motivated individual that can work independently but also a part of a collaborative team
• Adhere to all appropriate safety and building compliance work practices.
• Be able to work with enthusiasm, energy, and pace

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Manufacturing or Assembly role
• Previous use of hand and battery-operated tools
• Reliable and willing to learn
• Often moving heavy items with assistance
• Strength and fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• The ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen prior to placement
