The Role

FHR currently have an opportunity for an exprienced FLD Operator to join our client that specialises garage door industry. This opportunity is located in Pinkenba and we have immediate starts available for the candidates who're successful in their application for these positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and Unloading - Safely handle furniture and materials using forklifts, ensuring no damage during transport or storage.
• Warehouse Operations - Organize, store, and rotate stock efficiently while assisting with inventory management.
• Order Picking and Packing - Retrieve and prepare furniture for dispatch, ensuring secure wrapping and accurate order fulfillment.
• Safety and Compliance - Operate forklifts following workplace safety regulations and conduct pre-start equipment checks.
• Housekeeping and Maintenance - Keep warehouse areas clean and organized while properly disposing of waste materials.

Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Forklift Operator (LF ticket is compulsory)
• Experience working in the garage door industry
• Physically fit and experienced working in a physically demanding role
