The Opportunity: We are seeking experienced Fabricator and Vehicle Builders for multiple vacancies.
Where You Will Be Working:
- A leading automotive manufacturer located in Eagle Farm

Role Responsibilities:
- Constructing framework sections using shaping machines and cutting/welding equipment
- Assembling frameworks by bolting, screwing, riveting, and welding sections together
- Cutting and shaping panels of sheet metal, aluminium, and reinforced plastic
- Modifying assembly line vehicles to meet special requirements
- Preparing new vehicle trim work and removing old coverings
- Selecting, cutting, and sewing pieces of fabric, vinyl, and leather
- Installing internal trim in vehicles
- Attaching door trims, rubber seals, locks, and handles
- Studying blueprints and specifications to determine job requirements
- Cutting metal sections and shapes using hand tools, torches, and cutting machines
- Assembling hydraulic and pneumatic wiring system
Requirements:
- 2+ years of TIG and MIG welding/ fabricating experience
- Previous experience in heavy vehicle manufacturing is highly regarded
- Ability to undergo a full medical assessment prior to commencement
- Punctual, reliable, and strong work ethic
- Great attention to detail
- Eligible candidates must have a valid visa, and ability to work legally in Australia, you must also live locally within the Brisbane area
