The Role

FHR currently have multiple opportunities for an experienced labourer, trade assistant or welder to join our client that specialises in the garage door industry. This opportunity is located in Pionkenba and we have immediate starts available for the candidates who're successful in their application for these positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel components for garage doors, ensuring quality and precision.
• Cut, shape, and assemble steel panels and frames using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders for accurate fabrication.
• Assist with machine operation, material handling, and general workshop duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following WHS procedures.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Skills & Experience

• Experience MIG Welding is essential to be successful in this role
• Experience working as a labourer, trade assistant or welder
• Physically fit or experience working in a physically demanding role
