Process Worker
The Opportunity
Our valued client in Cobden is seeking an experienced and motivated Process / Mill Worker to join their team.
Reporting directly to the Mill Team Leader and working onsite, this is a key operational role that requires collaboration across all site teams. It's an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of their function and drive results within a supportive, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to Production and Inventory teams
- Oversee and coordinate bulk bag packing, production, and distribution
- Maintain stock control within the mill, including regular stocktakes and variance reporting
- Uphold GMP standards across the warehouse and yard areas
- Backfill operational roles as needed to ensure continuity
- Monitor product quality and output consistency
- Contribute actively to safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives on site
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven background in logistics, warehousing, raw material procurement, or team coordination
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement principles with examples of practical application
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools
- Sound knowledge of warehouse inventory systems
- A current forklift licence
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of a hands-on operational role
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment will be highly regarded. A strong commitment to safety and a proactive, team-oriented attitude are essential.

- Ability to pass a full medical including AOD Testing, online assessments, and site inductions
- Full Australian working rights are essential
