Located in the serene countryside of Narrogin, just 192 kilometres southeast of Perth, our client's facility offers the tranquillity of rural living without sacrificing accessibility to urban amenities.

The role:

Unidex Healthcare invites Registered Nurses and Graduate Nurses to contribute to our clients 50-bed Aged Care Facility. This includes a 36-room High Care unit and a 14-bed secure wing catering specifically to residents with Dementia.

This position initially offers a Temp to Perm arrangement, subject to a 3-month probationary period.

• Drive-in, Drive-out (DIDO) option available; fuel costs covered by the individual
• Rotating roster: 6 days on - 2 days off. Shift timings vary:
• Morning shift: 06:30 am to 3:00 pm
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm
• Evening shift: 9:15 pm to 7:15 am **Penalty rates applicable for afternoon and evening shifts
• Fortnightly pay cycle
• Competitive pay rates (level 1-8):
• Qualified RN: Day shift $57.85 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)
• Graduate Nurse: Day shift $49.28 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)
• Additional penalty rates for various shifts

What we need you to have:

• Bachelor's in nursing Certificate
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
• Right to work status in Australia
