The Role
FHR currently have an opportunity for an experienced Service SCheduler to join our client that specialises in the commercial and industrial door industry. This opportunity is located in Stapylton, 4207, QLD and we have immediate starts available for the candidate who is successful in their application for this position.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate service jobs for technicians, ensuring efficient allocation based on location, urgency, and skillset.

Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to book, confirm, or reschedule service appointments and address customer inquiries.

Provide professional customer service by managing service updates, resolving basic issues, and escalating complex concerns as needed.

Liaise with technicians to ensure they are equipped with accurate job details, parts, and tools for each service visit.

Accurately maintain service records in the job management system, including updates on job status, technician notes, and site requirements.

Generate and process invoices for completed jobs, ensuring all billable work is captured and liaising with accounts to resolve discrepancies.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and warehouse) to align service delivery with customer needs and business priorities.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in a service scheduler position or a similar role

Proven experience in scheduling, dispatching, or administrative coordination within a trades, service, or construction environment.

Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple phone calls, emails, and client interactions professionally.

High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
