Team Leader

FHR alongside our client are seeking a hands-on and experienced Civil Worker / Leading Hand to join our team in metro Adelaide.

What's on offer:

• $40 p/h plus a weekly Leading Hand allowance
• Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm
• Ongoing support from FHR throughout your employment

About the Role:

• Work across various sites within local councils around Adelaide.
• Deliver high-quality civil and concrete works while leading a small crew of three.
• Assist with transporting our excavator to site daily as part of your duties.
• Drive productivity and efficiency while ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in civil and concrete works.
• Ability to lead a small crew and drive performance.
• HR Truck License (Unrestricted preferred, Automatic minimum) - required for transporting equipment.
• Construction Card.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety and quality.
