Traffic Controller

Are you an experienced Ground Support Worker with a valid Work Zone Traffic Management (WZTM) ticket? We have an exciting opportunity for you at Modbury Hospital.

Role Overview

• Location: Modbury Hospital, SA
• Start Date: Immediate start available
• Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Pay Rate: $34.40 plus overtime available

We are looking for a reliable Ground Support Worker / Spotter to assist with on-site operations, ensuring the safety of workers, machinery, and the public in a busy work zone. This role is crucial in maintaining a smooth workflow while adhering to strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Spotter, ensuring the safe movement of machinery and personnel
• Assist with general ground support tasks, including site setup and maintenance
• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic within the work zone
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations on-site
• Communicate effectively with site teams to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For

• Valid Work Zone Traffic Management (WZTM) ticket
• Experience as a Spotter and/or Ground Support Worker
• Strong awareness of workplace health & safety procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of hands-on tasks
