Warehousing-Accounts Receivable Clerk

The Opportunity:  

  Frontline are currently seeking a Motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk that also knows warehousing and doesn't mind to assist the team when required to join our client based in Mitcham. Must be prepared on some days to assist in the warehouse unloading Boxes from containers and assisting in warehouse duties.

Duties:

• Debtors Maintenance & follow up late payments
• Check late deliveries: POD
• Phone support
• Send statements end of month
• Filing - archiving
• Assist in Warehouse where required- helping unload boxes from containers.
• Petty Cash Reconciliation
• Order Stationary
• Some invoicing involved when required.
• Email customer invoices.

• Pysically fit to help unload boxes from containers as well as prepare stock when required.
