Frontline HR is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Leading Hand to join a leading Australian manufacturing and engineering organisation based in Edinburgh, SA.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with strong technical electrical experience who can supervise a team, maintain high safety standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of electricians and electrical trades personnel
- Coordinate daily work activities and allocate tasks efficiently
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
- Oversee installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with Australian Standards
- Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines
- Mentor and support team members to achieve high performance
- Liaise with supervisors, project managers, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current Australian Electrical Workers Licence
- Previous experience as an Electrical Leading Hand or in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, and fault finding
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Mandatory Requirements
- Current Electrical Workers Licence
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Ability to complete pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
- Ability to complete all required site inductions and compliance requirements
