Frontline Human Resources is currently seeking reliable and motivated Production & Forklift Operators to join the team at one of Australia's leading wine production facilities. Working Hours
- Operations run Monday through to Sunday
- Rotating roster across:
- Day Shift: 7:00am
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm
- Night Shift: 11:00pm
- Additional shifts regularly available to maximise your earning potential
- Flexible rostering system allowing you to nominate your availability
Pay Rates
- Day Shift: From $34+ per hour
- Afternoon Shift: From $37+ per hour
- Night Shift: From $38+ per hour
- Plus applicable penalties and allowances
Key Responsibilities
- Operating packaging and production machinery
- Assisting with bottle and cask production lines
- Packing, labelling, quality checking and palletising finished products
- Operating forklifts to load, unload and move stock safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Working as part of a high-performing production team
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, food or beverage environment
- A current Forklift Licence (LF) with practical operating experience (highly regarded)
- The ability to work across rotating day, afternoon and night shifts
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail and reliability
- The ability to perform manual handling tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and strong team focus
