Frontline Human Resources is currently seeking reliable and motivated Production & Forklift Operators to join the team at one of Australia's leading wine production facilities. Working Hours

  • Operations run Monday through to Sunday
  • Rotating roster across:
    • Day Shift: 7:00am
    • Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm
    • Night Shift: 11:00pm
  • Additional shifts regularly available to maximise your earning potential
  • Flexible rostering system allowing you to nominate your availability

Pay Rates

  • Day Shift: From $34+ per hour
  • Afternoon Shift: From $37+ per hour
  • Night Shift: From $38+ per hour
  • Plus applicable penalties and allowances

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating packaging and production machinery
  • Assisting with bottle and cask production lines
  • Packing, labelling, quality checking and palletising finished products
  • Operating forklifts to load, unload and move stock safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
  • Working as part of a high-performing production team

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, food or beverage environment
  • A current Forklift Licence (LF) with practical operating experience (highly regarded)
  • The ability to work across rotating day, afternoon and night shifts
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and reliability
  • The ability to perform manual handling tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and strong team focus
