Frontline Human Resources is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Internal Sales Support Administrator to join a leading windows and doors manufacturer based in Ormeau.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service, administration and internal sales support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building positive relationships with customers and internal teams.

- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am - 3:30pm

Your Day-to-Day
Working closely with the Sales Support team, Account Managers and other internal departments, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality customer service to internal and external customers
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing timely support
- Processing customer quotations accurately and efficiently
- Managing quotation requests and ensuring pricing procedures are followed
- Processing customer orders and ensuring all information is complete and accurate
- Supporting Account Managers and the broader sales team with administration
- Following up customer enquiries and service-related matters through to resolution
- Managing customer-related escalations professionally and proactively
- Maintaining accurate customer and order information within internal systems
- Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives across the sales team
- General administration and coordination as required
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales, Sales Support or Administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
- Confidence dealing with customers over the phone and via email
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy environment
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to follow matters through to completion
- Strong computer skills, including SAP (highly desirable) Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Experience within manufacturing, building products, windows and doors, construction or a similar environment would be highly regarded.
