Maintenance Fitter - Afternoon Shift

Location: Sunshine North
Days: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
Shift: Afternoon Shift
Pay Rate: $77.63 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our team in Sunshine North, working on reinforcing steel machinery and production equipment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on reinforcing machinery, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently during production.

Experience Required

Applicants should have experience working with:

• Offcoil machines
• Reinforcing steel bending machines
• Machinery brands such as MEP, Schnell, EVG or similar
• Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Preventative and breakdown maintenance in an industrial/manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For

• Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter (preferred)
• Strong fault-finding and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable and safety focused
• Experience in reinforcing steel or heavy manufacturing highly regarded
