Here at Frontline Human Resources, we take great pride in ensuring that our apprentices are ready and fully geared for the workplace. As a Group Training Organisation, our onboarding is a major part of welcoming apprentices to our business. It gives us a chance to connect with them, team-build, and allows them the opportunity to chat with their fellow apprentices.

FHR Apprentices’ Contribution to the Metro Tunnel Project

FHR had the opportunity to provide over 20 electrical apprentices to light up the Metro Tunnel project for future generations. As a result, two of our 4th year apprentices were invited to meet the Minister for Training and Skills, the Hon. Gayle Tierney, at the AEN conference. Along with the FHR team, Chelsea Porter and Alyssa Preer had the opportunity to share their stories of becoming an apprentice.

Celebrating 20 Years of FHR

Frontline Human Resources was founded in 2001 by a small group including Perry Zoelfel and Steve Bisshopp. From a background in industrial relations and human resources, they set out to solve problems for blue collar and industrial clients. The founders came together with $5000 each to start the business, and launched the operation from a small shopfront in Melbourne’s suburbs.
